About Me

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the award winning Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and minors in Spanish and sociology in May 2024.

I have extensive experience in media relations including interviewing, writing blog posts and web stories, reading press releases, filming, editing, content creation for all types of social media platforms, and working with business executives and local officials to craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences to drive engagement.

I also had the opportunity to be an Event and Financial Coordinator at Ithaca College’s largest and longest running club on campus called IC Unbound Dance Company. I held a leadership position through this role and was tasked with leading financial and event operations for a team of roughly 85 members. This role taught me extensively about event management and how to execute a live show, where I had to plan two annual showcases with an expected audience of 500, managing everything from social media campaigns and publicity efforts, to venue logistics and ticketing. In this role I had to multitask planning this show the entire semester with nearly four other on-campus performances throughout the semester, and our fundraising show “Ballet for Books.”

 

In my free time I love to dance, travel, read, watch the Buffalo Bills play, and cook new recipes.
